Otari 4 track .250" head assembly for MX5050BQ II 4 track machines, SN 1820719.

This head assembly has a pair of 2 track erase heads, along with 4 track record and 4 track playback heads. It was relapped and optically aligned by JRF Magnetics in July 2019.

The JRF report shows the Playback head has approximately 30% of life remaining. The full head report is available by request.
